Appliqué Embroidery for a Statement Launch

For their first limited-edition sweater, XVLO asked us for something bold — something textured, layered, and brand-defining. We created a raised appliqué embroidered chest design using premium fabric layering and stitched edge detailing. The result? Clean, athletic, and elevated — a perfect match for the XVLO glove line.

DTG Printing That Matches Their Message

To round out the launch collection, XVLO ordered Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed tees featuring full-color designs with a soft hand and no cracking. We use industry-standard water-based printing with commercial-grade resolution — because we don’t believe in shortcuts. And neither do they.
